Order vehicle lettering

Select your version. You’ll be taken straight to the calculation tool, where you can enter the size and quantity yourself and see the price straight away.

Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.

Frequently asked questions about vehicle lettering

Where will the placement take place?

At our premises in Lokeren or at a location of your choice, at a time to be agreed. We’ll also come and take measurements for your project on site, so there’s no confusion afterwards about what goes where.

How should my vehicle be prepared?

Clean, dry and warm. The film won’t adhere properly to a dirty, wet or cold bodywork, and you’ll notice this later at the edges. So make sure you park the car indoors beforehand or let it dry first.

How long does the lettering last?

That depends on the film. Monomer vinyl lasts up to 2 years, polymer vinyl up to 5 years and cast vinyl up to 7 years. Magnetic film and one-way vision film fall somewhere in between, with lifespans of 5 and 3 years respectively.

How is the price calculated?

By vehicle type and size. First, choose between a passenger car, small van, large van or box van, then select small, medium, large, full wrap or colour wrap. This combination will immediately display a price in the ordering module.

What is the difference between lettering and a wrap?

With lettering, the logo, text and graphics are applied to the existing paintwork; the colour of the car remains visible. With a full wrap or colour wrap, we cover the entire bodywork, including around the bumpers and wing mirrors. This requires cast vinyl, as it can be moulded to shape.

Can the advert be removed again later?

If you want to be able to remove the message yourself – for example, from a private car or a vehicle you’re using temporarily – then magnetic film is the safest option. It can be reused for years and leaves no adhesive residue.

Will I be able to see what it’s going to look like beforehand?

Yes. We’ll sketch your design onto the outline of your vehicle model so you can see where each element will be positioned. Production will only begin once you’ve given your full approval.

Is it worth having lettering on a company car?

In Flanders, a vehicle with lettering can generate up to 70,000 views a day, every day that the car is on the road or parked. The film lasts for years, so it’s a one-off cost.

What is the minimum number of vehicles I can order?

From one. For a fleet of vehicles in the same corporate style, we include the total number in the calculation, as the design and cutting are then carried out just once.

How long will my car be with you?

Please allow half a day for lettering and logos on the sides, and several days for a full wrap. We will agree on the timeframe in advance, so that you know when you won’t have your car.

What about the environmental aspect?

The films are made of PVC and are collected as such. Cast vinyl does last the longest – up to seven years – so, in terms of cost per year of use, it is the most economical choice amongst the vinyl options.

Are you looking for vehicle graphics for a single van or for an entire fleet? At Creafor, you can place your order by vehicle type – from passenger cars to small and large vans and lorries – and within each category by size: small, medium, large, full wrap or colour wrap. This way, you’ll know in advance how much a logo with a phone number on the doors will cost, and how much a fully wrapped vehicle will cost. We’ll first draw up a visual proposal based on your vehicle. Production only begins once you’ve approved this, and then we’ll agree on a date for the installation together. We use polymer vinyl for flat sides, whilst curved sections and full wraps are done in moulded cast vinyl. If you want to allow adverts again, select magnetic stickers.

Materials for Vehicle lettering

Moulded cast vinyl, up to 7 years

For double-curved shapes, and the film used to create a full wrap or colour wrap. It moulds under heat and then retains that shape, even around a bumper or a wing mirror housing.

Polyvinyl chloride, up to 5 years

For flat and slightly curved sections of the bodywork. The standard choice for logos and details on the sides and rear doors.

Magnetic film or easy stickers

Magnet, 0.85 mm thick, reusable for years and leaves no adhesive residue, for a lease car or a private car. Easy stickers with repositionable adhesive dots if you want to apply them yourself.

One-way vision film for the rear window

Up to 3 years. From the inside, you can see out through the perforations; from the outside, people can see the image.

Before installation

  • The vehicle must be clean, free of grease and dry
  • Installation in Lokeren or at your premises
  • We’ll show you a simulation for your specific vehicle model in advance

Good to know

  • Each film can be finished with a protective laminate, either matt or gloss
  • Monomer only on flat surfaces, for temporary promotions
  • The cling film will come off again later, with a bit of heat and patience
