No, and that’s precisely the point. The film is matt but not opaque, so daylight simply comes in. What’s lost is the clear view from outside to inside and vice versa.
Yes, the film is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and lasts up to 5 years. It is designed for flat glass, so it is not a good choice for curved windows or ribbed surfaces.
Sandblasted film makes the glass matt on both sides; you can no longer see through it either. With one-way vision, you can still see out from the inside, whilst a print or a solid colour is visible from the outside.
Yes. The film is cut to shape, so letters, a logo or a striped pattern are all possible. You can also opt for a full-colour printed version, where the image is printed onto the matt film.
On a flat glass surface, whether dry or wet. Applying it whilst wet gives you the chance to move a large sheet around a little before it sets. With a large wall, this is more useful than it seems.
Yes, with our own team. We’ll come and measure your windows on site, so there’s no dispute about the measurements afterwards, and then fit them on site.
For an unprinted sandblasted sticker, no – you simply need to specify the required dimensions. For a printed version, we provide a design or file check, during which the dimensions, outline and bleed are verified.
The film is listed as an option in our ordering module, where you can enter your own dimensions and quantity and see the price straight away. For a cut-out design, we will provide a bespoke quote.
Available by the piece, even for a single pane.
Limited to the width of the roll. For a tall glass wall, we work with panels, and we position the seam on a mullion so that it is concealed.
No, that’s exactly the point. The film lets light through but blocks the view. If you do want to be able to see out from the inside, then ‘one-way vision’ film is the one that does the job.
With water and a soft cloth. Abrasive materials damage the grain, which remains visible as a smooth patch on the matt surface.
Are you looking for sandblasted film to make a window or glass wall opaque? Creafor cuts and fits it to measure, from an entire meeting room partition to a strip at eye level or a logo left clear. The glass takes on the same matt finish as genuine sandblasted glass, with a fine silver grain, but there’s no need to replace the pane. Daylight still streams in, whilst the view out is obscured. That’s exactly what you need for a bathroom window, a consultation room, an office partition along a corridor or a shop window that gets too much afternoon sun. If you want to be able to continue looking out whilst passers-by can see inside, then you’re better off with one-way vision. Whether you’re looking for opening hours, a logo or a message on glass, please see window stickers.
