Reflective stickers

The film reflects light back in the direction from which it comes. If light from a headlamp or a torch falls on the sticker, it glows brightly to anyone standing behind that light source. Without a light source, you simply see the colour of the sticker.

No, a reflective finish always requires a light source. If you want something that glows on its own, that’s known as ‘glow-in-the-dark’, which is a different finish. Ask us which of the two is best suited to your situation.

Yes. We print your design onto white reflective film, including in colour. If you require a solid coloured area or a lettering design, we will cut that shape out of coloured reflective film.

We do not have a general material data sheet for this film, so we do not specify a fixed lifespan for it. This varies depending on the type of film and where the sticker will be applied. Let us know where the sticker will be applied, and we’ll tell you which film is suitable.

They’re actually a bit simpler than you might think. The material is clearly thicker than ordinary vinyl, which means it’s less likely to crease on its own and is easier to straighten out.

Reflective stickers are characterised by their ability to glow in the dark, regardless of the image they display. Signage refers to the sign itself – what is depicted on it and where it is intended to be displayed. The two often go hand in hand, as much signage is produced using reflective film.

Yes. We then print on transparent or white vinyl with a reflective varnish coating. This is more cost-effective for large quantities, but the reflection is not as strong as with genuine reflective film.

That’s possible. Our in-house installation team will visit you as agreed, including for work at height using our own aerial work platform. For a fleet of vehicles or a series of safety signs on a single site, this is usually the quickest way.

That depends on the vehicle and how it’s used. For heavy goods vehicles, there are European regulations that the film itself must also comply with. Tell us what it’s for, and we’ll supply the approved film instead of the cheaper varnish version.
