Can the parasol be left outside permanently?
The fabric is weather-resistant and the parasol is designed for outdoor use. In stormy weather, it’s best to fold it away or bring it indoors, as you would with any parasol.
How much does a printed parasol cost?
There is currently no parasol listed in our ordering module, so you cannot work out the price yourself. Please let us know what you need and what the layout looks like, and we’ll work it out for you.
Can I have my logo on any track?
Yes, the fabric is printed in panels. This ensures your name remains legible from every angle. A continuous image spanning multiple panels is also possible; we’ll look into this together with your design.
Does Creafor make the parasol itself?
No. We arrange for the parasol to be manufactured and printed, and deliver it ready to use. This saves you the trouble of having to find a furniture supplier and a printer separately, and we check the file before it goes into production.
How long do the colours last?
That depends mainly on how much direct sunlight it is exposed to and whether the parasol is brought indoors during the winter. A parasol that is put away every winter will stay in good condition for noticeably longer than one that is left outside all year round.
What is the difference between a flag and a banner?
A parasol provides shade and is placed where your guests are sitting. A flag or banner is simply there to be seen. Many businesses use both, placing each where it works best.
Can I order a single parasol, or does it have to be a set?
Our source does not specify a minimum quantity, so we do not specify one either. Please let us know how many you need and which version, and we will provide you with the correct answer along with the price.
How do I submit my design?
A PDF with trapping and text in outline form is the easiest option. We check the file before it goes to production and prepare it for printing if necessary.
What is the minimum order quantity?
From a parasol. For a terrace with a set in the same style, the price per item is reduced, as the design is set up just once.

We arrange for it to be made and printed and manage the order ourselves, so you only need to call one number if there are any issues.
