In an open-plan office or a meeting room, reverberation is rarely a problem caused by the layout and almost always one caused by the materials. A hard, flat wall reflects sound, whilst a soft, porous wall absorbs it. That is why there are only two materials here, and they are both soft.
Felt Available in 9, 18 or 25 mm thicknesses, in single pieces up to 1222 by 3050 mm. The thicker the panel, the greater the sound absorption. We can mill it into any shape you require, including circular shapes or a series of flat surfaces that together form an image.
Cork It is thinner, between 3 and 6 mm and 100 cm wide, and does something that felt doesn’t: you can hammer tacks into it. That makes it the ideal choice for a wall where you need to hang things.
