Yes, provided you choose a waterproof substrate. Polypropylene film, Priplak and PVC film are listed on the product data sheet as suitable for outdoor use, whilst Polyart and Tyvek are waterproof and tear-resistant. A protective varnish can also be applied if desired.
Yes. Priplak is listed on the product sheet as PVC-free, whereas PVC film is not. We make a point of highlighting this difference so that you can make an informed choice if your client has specific packaging requirements.
An additional protective varnish in matt, satin or gloss finish, and die-cutting using an existing or new die. For large print runs, we use screen printing, colour by colour, rather than digital printing.
Yes. We print fluorescent, reflective and phosphorescent colours, which help when a bag needs to be spotted quickly on a baggage carousel or in a dimly lit room.
Yes. If you provide the same design and the same file, the new batch will be produced using the same material and the same print. If an existing cap mould is used, the shape will also remain identical.
No. Luggage tags are not included as a standard option in the module, as the design, material and print run vary from one order to another. If you provide us with those three details, we will quote a price based on them.

A luggage tag travels with a bag and must therefore be able to withstand moisture, friction and tugging. A hangtag is attached to a product in a shop or in a consignment. The choice of material therefore varies considerably.
Is a group setting off and do you need to be able to trace every bag along the way? Printed luggage tags feature the owner’s name, address and telephone number, with the travel agency or organiser’s logo on the front. Creafor produces these labels in batches, so that every participant receives the same label and you can have the same design reproduced next year. Such a label will be squashed in a luggage hold, get wet in the rain and be handled roughly, so the material it’s made of is what matters most. Priplak and polypropylene film are listed as PVC-free and suitable for outdoor use; PVC film is not PVC-free, whilst waterproof, tear-resistant paper made from Polyart or Tyvek remains legible when wet. If the label is attached to a product rather than a bag, you’re better off with hangtags.
