The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.

Order the Exhibition Plan

You’ll be taken straight to the calculation module, where you can enter the size and quantity yourself and see the price straight away.

Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.

Frequently asked questions about exhibition plan

Can a display stand be placed outside?

No. The sign is made of cardboard and isn’t resistant to rain or damp. For the outdoor area of an event, it’s better to choose a sign made of weather-resistant material.

Will a flimsy plan hold up if people lean on it?

The panels have a honeycomb structure between two flat layers, making them much stiffer than ordinary cardboard. Do make sure to place the panel somewhere where it is not in the path of trolleys.

What shall we do with it after the fair?

It’s just waste paper. It doesn’t contain any PVC, so you don’t need to sort it or break it into pieces.

Do we have to build it ourselves?

Yes, the kit is designed so that you can assemble it yourself without any tools. This also means it can be delivered flat-packed.

What is the standard size?

The ordering module features a version measuring 2 m wide, 2 m high and 1 m deep. Panels are manufactured in sizes up to 1600 x 3000 mm per sheet.

What is the difference between this and a trade fair stand?

An exhibition plan is the document showing the floor plan for the entire exhibition. If you’d like to view the stands themselves, please go to ‘exhibition stands’.

Could the schedule still change just before the fair?

Printing is done digitally, so last-minute orders are possible. Please do bear in mind the production time and let us know in advance if you have a tight deadline.

Can we use the same plan again next year?

Only if the layout remains the same. Usually, the panel is reprinted and the old one is discarded along with the paper.

What is the largest size?

A sheet measures a maximum of 1,600 by 3,000 mm, and we construct a stand using several sheets. The height of 2 metres specified in the standard plan complies with the regulations of most exhibition halls, not the material’s limits.

How long does it take to set up?

For the standard plan, it will take two people less than an hour. No tools are required, as the parts click together thanks to milled slots.

How much does a scholarship plan cost?

The standard plan measuring 2 by 2 by 1 metre is available in our ordering module, where you can see the price straight away. For a bespoke layout, we’ll draw up the plan first and then calculate the cost.

Description Scholarship plan

If you’re organising a trade fair, a floor plan is the first thing a visitor looks for: where am I and where should I go? Such a map only works if it is large and at eye level, placed at the entrance or at a junction of aisles, and if it remains in place even whilst people are leaning against it and pointing at it all day long. Creafor produces the map using printed Re-board panels: rigid thanks to their honeycomb structure, light enough for two people to move and easy to assemble without tools. If the layout changes, simply print a new panel and leave the rest in place. If you’re also building the stands yourself, take a look at exhibition stand, and for a full back panel at reboard wall.

Materials for Scholarship plan

The entire stand made of cardboard

The walls, counter and furniture are all made from the same Reboard, milled and cut using a plotter. You can assemble them on site without any tools, and after the trade fair, they can be disposed of as waste paper.

Default plan from the module

Two metres wide, two metres high and one metre deep. These are the dimensions that suit a corner stand at most trade fairs, and it’s ready to order.

Or your own layout

We’ll draw up the plan for you, to your own specifications. Sheet thicknesses of 5, 10 or 16 mm, up to 1600 by 3000 mm per sheet.

  • Reboard, rigid due to its honeycomb structure and made entirely of cardboard
  • PVC-free, Ecoscore 5 out of 5, the highest in our range
