What to take with you to a trade fair or an event

As well as the stand itself, there are the bits and pieces that bring a trade fair or event to life: something to sit on, something to take photos with, and something to take home.

There are places to sit and take shelter beanbags, parasols, beach chairs and folding tents. With a tent, you can only order a new roof at a later date: the frame remains, and you replace the fabric.

If you’d like to be photographed, there are lifesizers, life-size cardboard figures, and the photobooth as a backdrop. Both are made of honeycomb cardboard, so they’re light enough to carry yourself.

There are some to hand out flags, plastic cards and steel fans, which allows your representative to let you feel a material rather than simply describing it. For the furniture on the stand, there are chairs and tables made of cardboard.
