A piece of fabric hanging from a fence or scaffolding that lets the wind through yet stays in place.
A contract in which ‘PVC-free’ is specified as a requirement in the tender documents.
A banner for a client who asks where the banner will go once the event is over.
The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.
You’ll be taken straight to the calculation module, where you can enter the size and quantity yourself and see the price straight away.
Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.
A breathable banner with small holes, made from polyester rather than PVC. The wind passes through it, so the tension on your fence or frame is kept to a minimum, and after use, the fabric is disposed of in a different waste stream to PVC.
The material. The classic mesh is made of 350-gram PVC and has an Ecoscore of 1 out of 5. This version is made of 230-gram polyester and has an Ecoscore of 4. So you do sacrifice a bit of weight, and that makes the biggest difference with large banners that remain in place for a long time.
Because of the holes. Part of the surface is open, so there is less ink per square metre. This applies to any air-permeable fabric, including the PVC version. A solid front-lit banner produces the deepest image.
We hem the fabric and fit metal eyelets – not plastic ones. The seam is a stitched seam, not a welded seam. The eyelets are fitted at the four corners, at intervals of 20, 25, 30, 40 or 50 cm, or at the positions you specify in the file.
Yes, at the top and bottom or on the left and right, with aluminium strips running through them. Inside, there are also aluminium snap-in strips at the top and bottom, which allow you to change the fabric without replacing the system.
Using tensioners in an aluminium tubular frame, in an aluminium blind frame, or mounted directly onto a fence or scaffolding. Our team has been installing freestanding frames for years. If you send us a photo of the location, we’ll advise you on the most suitable mounting option.
Yes, LED lighting is an option for the frame systems.
According to the material specification sheet, there is no limit to the width. We will work with you to determine where any seams should be placed, so that they do not run across your logo or text.
From a canvas.
Unlimited in width, as we stitch the panels together. We position the seam in a place agreed with you in advance, preferably along a line that is already part of the design.
Because polyester is more expensive than PVC and sewing it takes more work than welding. You’re also getting the EcoScore: 4 out of 5 compared to 1, and that’s what tender specifications with sustainability requirements usually call for.
If your specifications or sustainability policy state that the material must be PVC-free, then the classic mesh is not an option and this is the solution for you. The construction is the same. The fabric is perforated, so the wind passes through and the load on the fence or frame is kept to a minimum. As a result, the image has slightly less contrast than a solid fabric, and this applies to both versions. The difference lies in what happens to it afterwards. This banner is made of 230-gram polyester and achieves an EcoScore of 4 out of 5, whereas the PVC version remains at 1. You do sacrifice a little weight per square metre. If the banner is to be hung for a long time under heavy loads and PVC is not a consideration, then choose the heavier mesh banner. If ‘PVC-free’ is a requirement, this is the banner Creafor recommends.

White and breathable, PVC-free and recyclable as polyester. An Ecoscore of 4 out of 5, compared with 1 for the PVC version – and that is the whole point of this fabric.
Polyester cannot be welded in the same way as PVC, so the strips are stitched together. This seam is stronger and lasts longer than a welded seam.
Instead of plastic rings, with ring spacing at 20, 25, 30, 40 or 50 cm, or according to your file.
