Frequently asked questions about sponsor panels

We’re a club and don’t want to organise this ourselves. What does Creafor do?

We’ll become your long-term partner with ongoing agreements. We’ll contact your sponsor directly to obtain the logo and visual material, and take care of the design. All you need to do is focus on the club.

Which paving slabs should we choose for around the square?

We use 10 mm white Forex for standard display periods, and 3 or 4 mm white or coloured Dibond when the panels need to remain on display for longer. Just let us know how many seasons you want them to last, and we’ll help you choose.

How are the panels attached to the fence?

With drill holes in the diameter of your choice and with mounting materials of your choice. For installation alongside a sports pitch, we use a sports pitch bracket. For an indoor wall, spacers or a hanging system are more suitable.

Can we order one more panel at a later date?

Yes. We produce individual panels in the same style as the series, so that a new panel doesn’t look out of place alongside the existing ones. That’s also the approach we take when a sponsor withdraws and a different name needs to be added.

Do you install the panels as well?

Delivery and installation can be carried out by us or by the club itself. If you opt for installation, we will visit the venue as agreed and hang the entire set in a single visit.

What’s the difference between this and a banner on the fence?

A panel is a rigid sheet that remains flat. A piece of fabric attached to fencing catches the wind; that is what mesh is for, as it allows the wind to pass through. For a fixed array of sponsors around the square, a panel is the usual choice.

Will the panels be visible in winter, when it gets dark early?

There are types of film that can help. Reflective film glows when hit by headlights, fluorescent film is more noticeable during the day, and phosphorescent film continues to glow in the dark – the ‘glow-in-the-dark’ version.

How much does a set of sponsorship panels cost?

There are no pre-set options available in the ordering module, as the size, quantity and location vary from club to club. Please let us know the size, the number of panels and the location, and we will provide a quote for the entire set.

What is the minimum number of panels I can order?

Starting with a single panel – and this is the most common enquiry – a club places an order as soon as a new sponsor comes on board. If a full set is ordered in one go, the price per panel drops significantly.

What is the largest size?

Up to 2050 × 4050 mm in Dibond and 2050 × 3050 mm in Forex. In practice, a sponsorship panel takes the dimensions of the fence to which it is attached.

What about the environmental aspect?

Forex and Dibond both score 1 out of 5 and are not PVC-free. For a display that will remain in place for years, Dibond is the more cost-effective of the two on a per-year basis.

Description Sponsor panels

Do you run a sports club or organisation and are you looking for sponsor boards to place around the pitch or in the clubhouse? Creafor would be delighted to become your regular partner, with agreements that run on a seasonal basis. We’ll contact your sponsor directly, take care of the design and deliver the whole set in one go, so the committee won’t have to worry about the graphics. Well-designed hoardings around the pitch give your club a professional look, which is why it’s best to replace outdated ones in good time. We also install them ourselves, using our own team. If you’d prefer a wind-permeable banner on the fencing, please take a look at mesh banner. If you’re looking for a single sign for your own business rather than for a club, then you’ve come to the right place at billboards.
