The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.

Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.
We print on 1.7 and 3 mm thicknesses. The largest format is 1600 x 2600 mm.
Yes. We crease the fold lines during the same pass as the milling, so that the sheet folds cleanly.
No. Cardboard absorbs moisture. For outdoor use, choose Biprint or polystyrene.
EE-golf has a ribbed core and is lighter and cheaper. Solidboard is solid, stiffer and has a dense cut edge.
EE-golf is not listed as a standard option in the ordering module. Please provide us with the dimensions, quantity and fold lines, and we’ll work out the price for you.
Starting with a single plate, although this material really comes into its own in a series. The design is drawn once, and then the rest follows on smoothly.
A sheet measures a maximum of 1600 by 2600 mm. That is the smallest maximum size of our sheet materials, so for a large sign, please consider solidboard.
Cardboard folds cleanly along the rib and breaks irregularly across it. We therefore align the rib with your fold lines, which is also why we would like to see the layout in advance.
Stiffness rating 1 out of 5, the lowest in our range. It is designed to be folded and stacked, not to stand upright on its own. For that, please see Reboard.
As a full-size PDF, with the layout, cutting lines and crease lines each on a separate layer. If you do not yet have a layout, please provide the dimensions of the finished product and we will draw them up for you.
With this fine rib, hardly at all. With thicker corrugated board, however, it does, and that is why we use EE-flute for printed work rather than the coarser types.
EE-corrugated is thin corrugated board with a fine rib, available in 1.7 and 3 mm. It is the lightest and most cost-effective sheet material in our range. We print directly onto it, mill the shape and crease the fold lines, so that a single sheet can be turned into a box or display that is dispatched flat.
EE-corrugated is the material of choice for packaging and for anything that needs to be shipped flat and assembled on site. As we crease and mill in a single pass, a made-to-measure box or a display box can be produced entirely from a single sheet, without any separate parts. The fine fluting produces a flatter print finish than coarser corrugated cardboard, which is important when a photograph or a uniform surface covers the entire sheet. For a display intended to last for a single campaign, this is the most cost-effective rigid sheet.
The rigidity is modest; it is the lowest of all the sheets we stock. A large, freestanding panel requires a different type of sheet, and EE corrugated is not suitable for outdoor use. Please also bear in mind that the direction of the ribs determines which side the sheet folds along. We determine this direction based on your design, so for a box or a display, please specify which side the fold should be on.
