The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.
You’ll be taken straight to the calculation module, where you can enter the size and quantity yourself and see the price straight away.
Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.
Dispa is available in 3.8 mm. The largest size we process is 1524 x 3048 mm.
Both are made of solid white cardboard. Dispa remains flatter and has a neater finish along the cut edge, whilst solidboard is stiffer and comes in a wider range of thicknesses.
No. The board absorbs moisture and is intended for indoor use.
Put it in with the waste paper. There is no plastic coating on the sheet.
Dispa is not listed as a standard option in the ordering module. Please provide us with the dimensions, quantity and fold lines, and we will work out the price for you.
From a single sheet. When producing a box or a display, we first create a layout, and we only charge for that design once, even if you place a repeat order later on.
A sheet measures a maximum of 1524 by 3048 mm.
Dispa has a smoother outer layer and a clean cut edge, so the image looks better on it. Solidboard is stiffer and comes in a wider range of thicknesses, up to 5 mm.
Dispa is made from paper fibre and should be disposed of with waste paper; it has an Ecoscore of 5 out of 5. Together with Solidboard and EE-corrugated, it is the most environmentally friendly choice in our range; see the materials page.
As a full-size PDF, with a 3 mm bleed all round, and the cutting and creasing lines each on a separate layer. For a box or a column, we will review the layout with you in advance.
It’s like cardboard: it absorbs moisture and then loses its rigidity. A display in a damp room or next to an entrance where rain gets in won’t hold up.
Dispa is a 3.8 mm thick white solid board that remains flatter than most types of board. We print directly onto it and mill it to shape. The sheet is made entirely of paper fibre and can be recycled as waste paper after use, making it suitable for campaign materials that are disposed of after a promotion.
Dispa is the sheet material for in-store signage where the finish is visible up close. The cut edge remains smooth, so a milled shape looks finished without the need for a surrounding frame. We use the sheet for applications such as display boxes and counter displays, where the overall design needs to remain lightweight and where the customer will be handling the item. A single thickness is sufficient for these applications, so there is little choice involved and delivery is straightforward.
Dispa remains inside, just like the other cardboard sheets. Its stiffness is lower than that of solidboard, so a freestanding panel requires a base or a back support. We do not laminate the board. If you require a cardboard board that can bear a heavy load, then reboard the right choice, and a very light insert will do EE wave.
