Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.
Frequently asked questions about bespoke boxes
Can I choose the dimensions myself?
Yes, that’s the basic principle. You provide the dimensions of your product and we design the die-cut template to fit them. For cardboard, the flat-packed box is cut from a sheet measuring up to 1600 x 2600 mm; that’s the maximum size.
Which designs can I order straight away?
A post box, an American-style box and a gift box, each available in 1.7 or 3 mm. If you would like a shape that isn’t listed here, we will design it separately and charge for it on a project-by-project basis.
Is the box PVC-free?
EE corrugated cardboard is PVC-free and can be recycled with paper, just like sulphate board and greyboard. A plexi case cannot be recycled in this way; it is recycled as plexiglass.
Can the box be left outside?
Not cardboard. EE corrugated cardboard, sulphate cardboard and grey cardboard are intended for indoor packaging and display. Plexiglass, however, is suitable for outdoor use.
Will I be able to place a further order later and get the same result?
Yes. The die-cut template and the print file are kept on file, so a second print run is produced using the same die. We carry out the printing and die-cutting in-house in Lokeren, so there is no other supplier involved between two print runs.
What is the difference between this and a sample box?
A bespoke box is designed to fit your own product, with dimensions to match that product. A sample box is designed to hold samples of that product, with a cut-out insert that keeps each sample securely in place during dispatch.
Do you help with the design?
Yes. Our design team will create the design based on your briefing. If you supply a file yourself, we will check the format, bleed, outline paths and transparency flattening before production begins.
What is the largest size?
EE-corrugated sheet comes in sizes up to 1600 by 2600 mm, so a box made from it can be quite large. The limiting factor is transport rather than the material itself.
What about the environmental aspect?
EE corrugated cardboard scores 5 out of 5 and can be recycled with waste paper – the highest score in our range. A linen or wooden version looks more luxurious but scores lower.

Are you looking for a bespoke box because your product doesn’t fit any standard size? Creafor will produce the box in your own dimensions, with your print on it, for dispatch from an online shop or for display in a showroom. You provide the external dimensions of your product, and we’ll design the die-cut to fit them perfectly, so there’s no need to fill any gaps. The order module offers three options: a postal box, an American-style box and a gift box, each available in 1.7 or 3 mm EE corrugated board. This board is PVC-free and can be recycled as paper after use. For small boxes, we use sulphate board; for a more luxurious finish, we use coated grey board, linen, wood or a plexiglass case. Available in 1.7 or 3 mm, white, PVC-free and recyclable with paper. Sheets up to 1600 by 2600 mm, so even a large box can be made from a single piece.
Or even more luxurious
945-gram grey cardboard laminated with your print on the outside, linen boxes, wooden boxes, or a plexiglass case ranging from 2 to 20 mm thick.

- Please provide the internal measurements, not the external ones, as the thickness is a factor
- We draw up the results and submit them for approval first
- We charge for that drawing only once, even if it is repeated at a later date
