Frequently asked questions about printed tablecloths
Will the tablecloth be made to measure for my table?
Yes, please provide the dimensions of your table. The canvas is available in single pieces up to 3 metres wide, so no seam is required for most display and reception tables.
Can the tablecloth be used outdoors?
This is a product for indoor use. The canvas we use for this is not listed as an outdoor material in our product details. If you’re looking for a table for a terrace or a market, you’d be better off finding another solution; please let us know what you’re planning.
Can I add a photo?
Yes. The tablecloth is printed in full colour across its entire surface. We’ll check in advance whether the resolution of your image is sufficient for the size of your table.
Is this PVC-free?
Yes. The canvas is PVC-free and has an Ecoscore of 4 in our material data sheet. After use, it should be disposed of as part of the cotton-containing waste streams.
Can the rug be washed?
There is no information on this in our source, so we cannot make any promises. Please enquire when you place your order, and we will let you know what we know about maintenance.
What about the tablecloth around the table?
The version available in our ordering module is the straight model, which falls straight down the sides. A tautly stretched table cover is a different product; please ask about it if that is what you are looking for.
What’s the difference between this and a banner behind the stand?
A banner hangs at eye level and draws visitors to you. The tablecloth is effective at close range, during the conversation itself, and ensures the table looks neat and tidy. At a stand, they complement each other.
What do I supply?
A PDF with bleed and text in outline format. Our design team will prepare your file for printing or create the design based on your briefing.
What is the largest size?
Three metres wide in one piece, and cut to size lengthways. For a wider table, we use a joint, which we then position along the edge of the table.
What about the environmental aspect?
Canvas is PVC-free cotton with an Ecoscore of 4 out of 5. Together with our cardboard products, this is the highest score we achieve outside our paper range.

With a tablecloth, you have a surface that stands out even from a distance. We use PVC-free canvas for this, with an Ecoscore of 4 and available in widths of up to 3 metres in a single piece, so the image runs seamlessly across most tables without a seam in the middle. The model currently featured in our order module is the straight tablecloth for indoor use. If you’re placing a seating area next to the table, take a look at a printed beanbag, and for display on the counter, to plastic coasters.
