The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.
We print on 5, 10 and 19 mm thicknesses, up to 2030 x 3050 mm.
Reboard has a cardboard core, whilst Stadur Sign has a plastic core with hard outer layers. Stadur Sign withstands repeated use better; Reboard is lighter and can be recycled as waste paper.
Yes. The sheet is collected as polypropylene.
No. For outdoor use, choose Bubbleboard, Biprint or Dibond.
Stadur Sign is not listed as a standard option in the ordering module, as the three thicknesses and the sizes vary considerably. Please provide us with the dimensions, thickness and quantity, and we will work out the price for you.
From a record.
A sheet measures a maximum of 2030 by 3050 mm. A full-size wall is therefore made from a single piece, with no visible joints.
Five millimetres for a panel that is screwed into place, ten millimetres for a freestanding wall, nineteen millimetres where the panel has to support its own weight or where the thickness of the edge forms part of the design.
Stadur has harder surface layers and retains a sharper edge, whilst Rebord is lighter, cheaper and available in greater thicknesses. For a wall that needs to be frequently taken up and down, Stadur is the sturdier choice.
As a full-size PDF, with a 3 mm bleed all round, and the cut line as a separate layer. For a wall comprising several sections, we include the layout in the drawing so that the seams fall in a logical place.
That is precisely why this panel is chosen. The protective coatings keep the edges sharp, even after a series of assemblies and disassemblies. The image itself is fixed, however, so a new message means a new panel.
Stadur Sign is a PVC-free sandwich panel available in 5, 10 and 19 mm thicknesses. Two hard outer layers encasing a lightweight core result in a panel that is much stiffer than its weight would suggest. We stock them as the plastic version of reboard: the same structure, but made from plastic rather than cardboard.
Stadur Sign is the sheet material for self-supporting panels that are assembled multiple times. Whether it’s a life-size cut-out, a photo booth backdrop or a freestanding display at a trade fair, the 10 or 19 mm thickness provides sufficient rigidity to eliminate the need for a backing structure. We mill the sheet to shape, including to the required thickness, so that a life-size silhouette emerges from the sheet in one piece. The hard top layer withstands repeated assembly and dismantling better than a cardboard sheet.
Stadur Sign is for indoor use only. For a PVC-free panel intended for outdoor use, please see bubbleboard or biprint. You should also bear in mind the volume: 19 mm takes up space during storage and transport, and with large panels, this has a greater impact than the cost of the material. If the panel is to be made of cardboard, Rebord is lighter and cheaper for the same thickness.
Please provide us with the plan or the dimensions, and tell us what needs to be included. We will assess the best options from a technical and budgetary perspective, and draw up a proposal covering design, production and installation.

Hard outer layers surrounding a lightweight core. This provides a stiffness rating of 4 out of 5 without the weight of a solid sheet, even in large formats.
The coatings are hard enough to allow an exhibition stand to be assembled and dismantled a number of times without the edges becoming damaged.
