For a range that you have produced today and will have reprinted next season.
The eco-score is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions. Several materials may be listed on this page. We list the material with the lowest environmental footprint, not an average.
You’ll be taken straight to the calculation module, where you can enter the size and quantity yourself and see the price straight away.
Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.
That depends on the substrate you choose. Priplak, Synaps and PVC film are listed on the product sheet as suitable for outdoor use, whereas card is not. So, for a tag on a plant or on a product in an outdoor display, you should choose a film.
Yes. Priplak, a polypropylene film, and Synaps, a polyester film, are both listed on the product sheet as PVC-free. PVC film is not PVC-free, and we mention this so that you can make your own choice.
The data sheets do not specify a service life in years, so we have not included this here. What they do state is which substrates are suitable for outdoor use. For most applications, that is the relevant question.
The ordering module includes 400-gram grey board, 440-gram Muskat New Brown and 300-gram offset paper. Each of the three is available in single-sided or double-sided printed versions, making a total of six variants.
Yes. If, for a repeat order, you provide the same design and the same file, the second batch will be produced using the same material and with the same print. This ensures that a collection maintains a consistent look across two print runs.
The limit is determined by the sheet we print on: 80 x 120 cm for self-adhesive vinyl, 127 cm wide for Synaps, 70 x 100 cm for PVC film and 75 x 105 cm for cardboard. A hangtag is well within these dimensions, so size is rarely a constraint.
A hangtag is attached to the product itself. A plant label is inserted into the pot or into the soil, where it is exposed to water and sunlight. If you’re talking about a pot or a flowerbed, plant labels are the more appropriate choice.
There are six options available in our ordering module, where you can enter the quantity yourself and see the price straight away. If you require a custom shape or a different type of mount, we’ll provide you with a bespoke quote.
From a single item upwards, although with labels it’s always a question of print runs. When the quantity reaches hundreds, the price per tag drops significantly, as the die-cutting is done in a continuous run.
Sulphate cardboard scores 4 out of 5 and goes in the waste paper bin. PVC film scores 1. For a label that stays attached to the product, cardboard is usually the logical choice; see the materials page.
Does your product not yet have a label, or are you looking for bespoke hangtags that combine your brand, a price and a brief product description? Creafor produces hangtags for shop shelves, for online shop deliveries and for collections that go onto the shelves in one go, always in sets, so that a second run looks exactly the same later on. The substrate mainly determines where the tag will end up. 400-gram grey board, 440-gram Muskat New Brown and 300-gram offset paper are available as single-sided or double-sided options in the ordering module. If the tag needs to withstand moisture or outdoor conditions, you’ll want to choose Priplak or Synaps; according to the product sheet, both are PVC-free. If the label is going into a pot or into the ground, then look under plant labels. If you’re taking it with you in a bag, you’re better off with printed suitcase labels.
