The eco-score is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions. Several materials may be listed on this page. We list the material with the lowest environmental footprint, not an average.

Frequently asked questions about printed flags

Can the flags be hung outside?

Yes, they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. So you could hang a garland above a terrace or along a route, although these bunting flags are intended for the duration of an event and not to be left on the façade for a whole year.

Does it come with a stick or a ribbon?

The ordering module shows the version with a 400 mm bamboo flagpole. If you would like the flags on a continuous ribbon, as a garland, please request that version.

Can each flag have a different message on it?

That depends on the print run and the finish. Please specify in your enquiry how many different designs you would like, and we will assess what is feasible.

Are you the ones creating the design?

Yes. Based on a clear briefing, our design team creates the design, and we prepare your file for printing if required. Each file is checked for size, bleed, outline paths and transparency.

What is the difference between this and flag fabric?

A flag panel is a piece of fabric used to make a single large flag to be flown from a flagpole or hung on a building façade. Pennants are small and are used in groups, attached to a ribbon or mounted on a stick.

Are the flags PVC-free?

It is in one of the versions, though. The polyester fabric is PVC-free and the range has an Ecoscore of 1 to 2. If PVC-free is a requirement for your event, please state this in your enquiry.

How do I hang up a garland?

The fabric is lightweight, so a taut ribbon stretched between two fixed points is usually sufficient. On a street or along a route, these are often lampposts, building facades or Nadar barriers.

Will I be able to get them in time for a specific date?

Please state your date when making your enquiry. We also accept urgent orders, for which a surcharge may apply.

How much does a printed flag cost?

The flags are listed in our ordering system, where you can enter the quantity yourself and see the price straight away. We’ll provide a bespoke quote for a garland on a ribbon.

What is the largest size?

The fabric is up to 3 metres wide, but the flag itself remains small: it must fit onto a 40 cm stick or hang from a ribbon without sagging.

What about the environmental aspect?

One of the two banners is PVC-free, with an Ecoscore of 1 to 2. If you’re ordering a large quantity for a one-day event, it’s worth asking about this.

Description Printed flags

Are you looking for printed flags for an opening ceremony, a school fete or a sports day? Creafor prints them in Lokeren, with your own design on each flag. There are two styles that customers often ask for. The first is the garland: small flags on a ribbon, strung above a terrace, a stand, a street or a course. The second is the individual flag on a stick, which can be placed on a table or taken away by visitors. This second style is available in the ordering module, complete with a 400 mm bamboo flagpole. The fabric is lightweight, so you can hang a garland without needing heavy fixings. If you’re looking for one large flag rather than lots of small ones, then you’ve come to the right place at flag cloth, and for a flag standing on its own base next to the entrance at beach flags.
