A shop, stall or hall where the floor plays a part in the story.
A walking route or a design that runs across the entire floor, rather than as individual markings.
A floor finish that is walked on every day yet remains intact and clean.
The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.
No. A floor sticker is a self-contained image that you stick onto an existing floor, usually round or square. Floor vinyl is a floor covering: rolls up to 3 metres wide that form the floor itself. If you only want individual markings, floor stickers are the better option.
The material is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Outdoors, however, the surface condition does play a part, so please let us know your specific circumstances before you place your order. It is not clear how long it will last outdoors.
The surface of Printfloor is inherently non-slip and provides a slight degree of shock absorption, so you do not need to apply a separate layer on top of it. Furthermore, the material is fire-resistant, making it suitable for use in public spaces.
That depends on how heavily the floor is used, and we do not set a specific timeframe for this. What we do know is that the material has been tested for intensive use using the Pedatron walking simulation. Please ask us for an estimate based on your space and visitor numbers.
The self-adhesive version sticks to the surface and stays where you place it. The non-self-adhesive version is loose and can be rolled up and reused afterwards, which is handy for a stand that needs to be set up several times.
Yes. As well as straight-cut tracks, there is also a custom-shaped version, which follows the contours of your design or the space.
Vinyl flooring is designed to withstand heavy footfall and is easy to clean. For a shop or a hall with a high volume of footfall, this is often the deciding factor in choosing vinyl over carpet.
That’s possible. Creafor has its own installation team that lays the sheets on site; they are printed in Lokeren and delivered from there. If you’d prefer to lay them yourself, we’ll send you the sheets cut to size.
Do you want your floor to be a central part of the overall design, rather than just having a few markings here and there? Vinyl flooring covers the entire floor of a shop, showroom, exhibition stand or entrance hall with a continuous design: a walking route, a pattern or a visual that takes over the whole space. If you’re looking for a few individual arrows or circles on an existing floor, you’re better off with floor stickers. If you’d like something a bit softer underfoot for a stand or a lounge area, take a look at floor textiles. The vinyl flooring itself is a printed floor mat weighing 1,000 grams per square metre and 2.2 mm thick. The surface is non-slip and provides slight cushioning; the material is fire-resistant and has been tested for heavy foot traffic using the Pedatron walking simulation. It is available in self-adhesive and non-self-adhesive versions, either straight-cut or cut to shape.
