The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.
The rigidity comes from the honeycomb structure within the panel, not from its thickness alone. As a result, a vertical side wall supports the upper section of the passageway. Our technical data sheets do not specify exactly how much weight or thrust the structure can withstand. Visitors walking through it must therefore not hang onto it, and that is never the intention with a temporary passageway.
No. Reboard is designed for indoor use. When it rains, the cardboard absorbs moisture and loses its rigidity, and the wind can also blow through the tunnel from all sides. For an outdoor entrance, you’re better off choosing a frame with fabric. We’d be happy to look at what’s best for your situation.
You simply take it apart and put the cardboard in the waste paper bin. There’s no frame to return, no storage space required and no plastic waste. The material is PVC-free and has an Ecoscore of 5 out of 5.
You order in 1-metre modules, so you can decide for yourself whether to stick to a single-module gateway or create a proper tunnel several metres long. The modules fit together seamlessly, ensuring the image continues uninterrupted along the entire length.
A Reboard wall is a flat panel that you place against or in front of something. The tunnel is a passageway with two side walls and a top section, which people walk through. If you’re just looking for a backdrop, go for the wall. If you want visitors to literally walk through your message, then the tunnel is the right product.
The panels measure up to 1600 by 3000 mm, which determines the external dimensions of the structure. The exact clearance dimensions are not fixed in a standard model, so please let us know how wide and how high the passageway needs to be, and we will design the tunnel accordingly.
Our own team will arrive on site as agreed. This is often more practical for a tunnel than for a flat wall, as the top section needs to be fitted onto the two side walls in one go. Please specify where and when the installation is to take place when placing your order.
Yes. Based on your briefing, our design team will sketch out the three panels, and the file will be checked for dimensions, bleed and cut-off lines before going to production. This check is particularly useful for a tunnel, as the image must line up correctly around the corners.

You’ll really notice that the structure is made of honeycomb cardboard when you’re setting it up and taking it down: stiff enough to stand upright, light enough to move around, and afterwards everything can be recycled as waste paper. If you don’t need a walk-through but just a backdrop, then a reboard wall the simpler choice.
