You stick them over the sign that’s already there, without replacing it.

You’ll be taken straight to the calculation module, where you can enter the size and quantity yourself and see the price straight away.
Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.
Yes. We print on polymer vinyl, a film designed for outdoor use that is UV- and weather-resistant. The adhesive is strong enough to keep a sign in place on a building façade or in a front garden for months.
The material data sheet for polyvinyl states a lifespan of up to 5 years outdoors. In practice, a ‘For Sale’ or ‘To Let’ sticker usually remains in place for much less time – namely, until the sign is taken down again.
Most estate agents do this, as the signs are small. First clean and dry the sign, then work from the centre towards the edge. Polymer vinyl can be applied either dry or wet.
On estate signs, gallows signs, construction signs, site signs, site panels and V-shaped signs. The three standard sizes are designed to fit these.
A sticker only changes the message; the sign itself remains the same. If you’d like to replace the sign yourself or need new signs, please have a look at the ‘v’ signs.
Yes. As well as the standard headings, you can order your own text and layout, for example ‘Sold in … weeks’ or a version featuring your agency’s name.
Yes, ‘vendu’ and ‘loué’ are in the same range as ‘verkocht’ and ‘verhuurd’. For a bilingual region, please order both languages in the same print run.
Creafor has its own installation team with a cherry picker, so if there are signs you can’t reach yourself, we can discuss this. For standard work at eye level, estate agents usually put them up themselves.
680 by 160 mm is the largest standard size. A different size is possible, but this means you will no longer be using the dimensions that fit on a standard property sign.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a type of polymer and is collected as such. As the sticker allows the sign to be reused rather than replaced, this is, on balance, the most cost-effective option.
Yes. You can mix and match sold, let and the French variants in a single order, as they’ll be plotted on the same sheet anyway. Please specify the quantities for each text.
The property has been sold, but the sign on the façade still says ‘for sale’. Immostickers sort this out on the same day: you stick ‘sold’, ‘vendu’, ‘let’ or ‘loué’ over the existing sign, and that sign simply stays in place. Many estate agents therefore keep a small stock on hand, so that there’s always a stack ready when a deed is signed. The stickers can be applied to estate agent signs, gallows signs, construction signs, site signs, site panels and your v signs. The three standard sizes cover the signs that estate agents typically display on the high street, and anyone requiring a different size can order their own text and size. We print them on polymer vinyl, the same material as our polymer stickers, so it is UV- and weather-resistant and has strong adhesive properties.
