Yes, that’s the basic principle. You provide the dimensions of your product and we design the die-cut template to fit them. For cardboard, the flat-packed box is cut from a sheet measuring up to 1600 x 2600 mm; that’s the maximum size.
A post box, an American-style box and a gift box, each available in 1.7 or 3 mm. If you would like a shape that isn’t listed here, we will design it separately and charge for it on a project-by-project basis.
EE corrugated cardboard is PVC-free and can be recycled with paper, just like sulphate board and greyboard. A plexi case cannot be recycled in this way; it is recycled as plexiglass.
Not cardboard. EE corrugated cardboard, sulphate cardboard and grey cardboard are intended for indoor packaging and display. Plexiglass, however, is suitable for outdoor use.
Yes. The die-cut template and the print file are kept on file, so a second print run is produced using the same die. We carry out the printing and die-cutting in-house in Lokeren, so there is no other supplier involved between two print runs.
A bespoke box is designed to fit your own product, with dimensions to match that product. A sample box is designed to hold samples of that product, with a cut-out insert that keeps each sample securely in place during dispatch.
Yes. Our design team will create the design based on your briefing. If you supply a file yourself, we will check the format, bleed, outline paths and transparency flattening before production begins.

Creafor will produce the box in your own dimensions, with your print on it, for dispatch from an online shop or for display in a showroom. You provide the external dimensions of your product, and we’ll design the die-cut to fit them perfectly, so there’s no need to fill any gaps. The order module offers three options: a postal box, an American-style box and a gift box, each available in 1.7 or 3 mm EE corrugated board. This board is PVC-free and can be recycled as paper after use. For small boxes, we use sulphate board; for a more luxurious finish, we use coated grey board, linen, wood or a plexiglass case.
