Narrow and high on your façade, so that passers-by can see it hanging there from a distance down the street.
For a property on a street where every façade demands attention.
It could also be on a post or a lamppost, along an approach road or in a square.
The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.
That’s what they’re made for. The 620-gram blockout fabric is listed in our materials sheet as an outdoor banner, and the tunnel hem at the top and bottom is finished with a stitched seam.
The standard width is 60 cm; the height is variable and follows the contours of your façade. For lengths of 2.5 metres or more, we add guy ropes to keep the fabric taut. Please let us know the height of your façade, and we’ll advise you on what will suit it.
A façade banner is usually hung at right angles to the wall and is therefore visible from two directions. The blockout fabric was chosen for this purpose, as it keeps the two printed sides separate from one another.
Yes. Our stainless steel hanging systems can be fitted with LED lights, so that the banner remains legible even in the dark. Please enquire about this in advance, as the power supply needs to be taken into account during installation.
The shape and location. A façade banner is narrow and tall, is often hung perpendicular to the façade, and is printed on both sides. A front-lit banner is wide and horizontal, rests against the façade or is stretched between two points, and is printed on one side.
That is possible, and it is standard practice in façade work. Our installation team has its own aerial work platform, so even a banner high up on the façade can be reached. Delivery without installation is also an option; in that case, you can fit it yourself onto the stainless steel system.
The banner is attached to the system at the top and bottom via a tunnel hem. A new banner of the same size will therefore fit onto the same stainless steel system, which is handy if you change it for each campaign.
The block on this page calculates the price for the standard banner, in frontlit and PVC-free versions, each available in eight sizes. This is the standard 500-gram banner. For a 620-gram blockout façade banner, double-sided and fitted with a stainless steel hanging system, we will provide a quote on a per-façade basis. Please provide the dimensions and a photo of the façade.
The height, mounting system and positioning vary from one façade to another, so there is no fixed price. What you can see in the section above is the standard banner in frontlit or PVC-free, which is a different type of fabric to the blockout that a banner requires.
Starting with a banner. A high street or shopping centre might well order a batch, and then the price per item goes down.
The blockout fabric is made of PVC, with an Ecoscore of 1 out of 5. The stainless steel frame remains in place, so you only need to replace the fabric each season, not the frame itself.
If your business is located on a street where one shop front follows another, façade banners are the narrow vertical displays that make your business visible from a distance. They are 60 cm wide and as tall as the façade allows, and they are usually hung at right angles to the wall, so that anyone entering the street can read them before they reach your shop front. That is why they are printed on both sides on 620-gram blockout fabric, which separates the two printed sides. If the banner is longer than 2.5 metres, we provide guy ropes to ensure the fabric is sufficiently taut. Creafor designs the banner, prints the fabric, supplies the stainless steel mounting system and installs it using its own aerial work platform. If you’re looking for a wide, horizontal banner, please see the frontlit banner, and it must be flown from a flagpole at flag cloth.

White PVC, specified in the material data sheet as an outdoor banner suitable for double-sided printing. ‘Blockout’ means that light from one side does not show through to the other, which is exactly what a banner needs.
You decide on the height yourself. A banner is read from bottom to top along a façade, so the height follows the shape of the façade rather than a standard size.
Those that can be illuminated with LED lights. Banners longer than 2.5 metres require additional guy ropes to prevent them from flapping in the wind.
