The sign facing the street that states who the architect is, which contractor is carrying out the work, and under which planning permission.
Light enough to mount on two posts yourself, at the front and back of the building site.
It can be taken to the next construction site and is fully recyclable at the end of its life.
The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.

Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.
Yes. Corrugated polypropylene is moisture-resistant and designed for outdoor use, even in unsheltered areas. If you want the sign to last for several construction sites, opt for a protective varnish and eyelets in the four corners.
A site sign is small and lightweight; you attach it yourself to two posts and it moves with you to the next site. A site panel is a large panel that remains in the same place for months and is either permanently fixed or hung up. Both are often used on a single site.
One is enough. For small print runs, we use full-colour digital printing; for large print runs, we use screen printing, applying one colour at a time. That way, you don’t pay for a technique that isn’t suited to your print run size.
Use two posts and put up a sign at the front and at the back of the building site. Also place a sign at right angles to the road, as that is the sign that passing traffic will actually read.
A glow-in-the-dark version is available. Fluorescent and reflective colours are also available, which are helpful when walking along a dark road or in an unlit area.
Standard sizes range from 35 x 50 cm to 120 x 160 cm. Site hoardings are usually rectangular, but custom shapes are possible, up to a panel size of 2050 x 3050 mm.
The material is PVC-free and 100% recyclable, with an Ecoscore of 3, so it can be disposed of with plastic. A sign with a protective varnish and eyelets will usually last for at least one more construction site before it needs replacing.
You usually put up a construction site sign yourself; you don’t need a team for that. For larger jobs, however, Creafor does come out to the site with its own installation team and its own aerial platform – and that’s exactly what an online shop can’t do.
Construction site signs are available in two ranges in our ordering module: screen-printed signs in twelve designs and full-colour signs in six. Simply choose your size and quantity to see the price straight away. For a custom shape or a non-standard sign, we’ll provide you with a bespoke quote.
The largest standard size is 120 by 160 cm. For sizes larger than this, we work from sheets of material, up to 2050 by 3050 mm, but in that case you are no longer using standard sizes and the sign will be priced on a per-item basis.
This is because a drill hole in a hollow-core slab will eventually tear if the sign is hung on a fence and the wind pulls at it. A eyelets distributes that force over a larger surface area. For a sign left outside over the winter, that’s the difference between it staying in one piece and breaking into pieces.
Hollow-core slabs are PVC-free and are categorised as polypropylene, with an Ecoscore of 3 out of 5. For a temporary outdoor sign, that is the best score we can offer; see the materials page.
Is a building site due to start soon and do you need a sign displaying the architect’s, contractor’s and planning permission details to be placed by the roadside? Then you’ll need site signs. At Creafor, this usually takes the form of a sign made from corrugated polypropylene, also known as multi-wall sheet: moisture-resistant, strong and very light, so you can attach it yourself to two posts without any heavy installation work. The material is PVC-free and 100% recyclable, with an Ecoscore of 3, which makes a difference on a building site where there is already plenty of waste. Standard sizes range from 35 x 50 cm to 120 x 160 cm, and a single sign is usually sufficient. If you’re looking for a large panel that will remain on site for months and needs to be permanently fixed in place, then you’re better off with yard panels.

Corrugated polypropylene, also known as Biprint or Duoflex. PVC-free and recyclable, with an Ecoscore of 3 out of 5, and light enough to be carried onto a building site by a single person.
From 35 by 50 to 120 by 160 cm. These dimensions are fixed, which means that a set of site signs in this size range is cheaper than the same sign made to measure.
The same plate can be used in dibond or forex. That’s the choice you’ll face if the sign remains in place for years rather than just for the duration of the building works.
