Order construction hoardings

You’ll be taken straight to the calculation module, where you can enter the size and quantity yourself and see the price straight away.

Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.

Frequently asked questions about site hoardings

How big can a site hoarding be?

We print directly onto sheet material and are not restricted to a standard size. A single Dibond sheet can measure up to 2050 x 4050 mm, whilst a Forex sheet can measure up to 2050 x 3050 mm. For larger surfaces, we assemble them from several sheets placed side by side.

What’s the difference between this and a site sign?

A site sign is the small sign displaying the architect’s, contractor’s and planning permission details, which you attach yourself to two posts. A site panel is large, remains in place for months and is permanently fixed. They are often found together on the same building site.

How is the panel fixed in place?

With a wooden or aluminium frame, with a hanging system or with drill holes in the diameter of your choice. The best solution depends on the surface. That is why we ask for a photo in advance of the location where the panel is to be installed.

Will a scaffolding panel last for the entire construction period?

Dibond is designed for long-term outdoor display, whilst Forex is available in our range for standard applications. An additional protective laminate – matt, satin or gloss – protects the print. We do not specify a fixed lifespan in months, as this depends on the location and the orientation.

Will you be installing the panel?

Yes, delivery and fitting are carried out as agreed. We’ll come and measure the area first, so there’s no dispute about the dimensions afterwards. You can also choose to have the panel delivered only and fit it yourself.

Can the panel be shaped into something other than a rectangle?

Yes. We round off the corners or mill out the panel, for example in the shape of a logo or the building that is to be constructed.

What types of film can be applied to a construction hoarding?

As well as full-colour printing, we use coloured and white films on a white or coloured panel. We offer reflective, fluorescent and phosphorescent films, as well as mirror film, carbon film, sandblasted film with a gradient effect and printed translucent film.

What information do you need from me to give me a quote?

The dimensions of the surface, the required delivery time and a photograph of the location. If you’re looking for the lighter signs made from hollow-core slabs, these are available in the ordering module, with eighteen designs in screen-printed and full-colour options. For a panel made from Dibond or Forex, we quote on a case-by-case basis, as the size, frame and mounting method vary from site to site.

What is the minimum order quantity?

From a signboard. A building site usually has one of these, facing the street, and next to it a row of smaller signs made of hollow-core slabs.

How long does the visualisation remain legible?

With a protective laminate, the print will last for several years. Without a laminate, a rendering with a lot of blue and red will fade noticeably faster than a design in plain corporate colours.

Can the panel be updated at a later date?

Yes, by applying a new film over the top. This works best on Dibond, as it stays flat. If you expect the partners or the phases to change, please let us know in advance, and we’ll leave out the laminate.

What about the environmental aspect?

Dibond and Forex score 1 out of 5 and are not PVC-free. For a panel that only needs to be on display for one season, Biprint is the PVC-free choice, with an EcoScore of 3 out of 5.

Description Yard panels

Do you need a large panel around your building site – against the hoarding, on scaffolding or against a façade – that will remain in place for months? Then you’re looking at site hoardings. Creafor prints directly onto sheet material and is therefore not restricted to a standard size: the panel is tailored to the width of your fencing or the area you wish to cover. 10 or 19 mm Forex is the usual choice for a standard construction period, whilst 2, 3 or 4 mm Dibond will last longer. Our own team will come to take measurements, deliver and install the panel, using a wooden or aluminium frame or a mounting system, so please always provide us with a photo of the location. If you’re looking for the small sign showing the architect, contractor and planning permission details, you’ll find it at yard signs.

Materials for Yard panels

Dibond 2, 3 or 4 mm

Available in white or coloured, for standard spans. The thicker version spans the distance between two uprights, so less framing is required.
