The EcoScore is our own assessment of the material’s environmental footprint, on a scale of 1 to 5. It says nothing about the quality, and the material must be recycled under the right conditions.
You’ll be taken straight to the calculation module, where you can enter the size and quantity yourself and see the price straight away.
Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.
Plexiglass is a clear, rigid plastic sheet that looks like glass. With transparent plexiglass, we print the image in mirror image on the reverse side and place a white backing behind it. This means you look through the sheet at the print, which creates a sense of depth and shine.
Yes, plexiglass is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is mainly used where a glossy, polished finish is required, such as on nameplates and photo panels. If the panel is to be displayed outdoors, we will discuss the thickness and mounting system with you.
We normally work with 3, 5 and 10 mm thicknesses, in transparent, opal and coloured finishes. A 3 mm thickness is sufficient for a small nameplate. For a large panel or milled letters, choose 10 mm; this remains flat and looks more substantial.
Using spacers, the panel is mounted on the wall at a distance from it: mark the holes, drill, fit the brackets and tighten the screws. There is also a concealed wall-mounting option, where nothing is visible from the front.
Forex is a lightweight foam board for indoor use; it is cheaper and has a matt finish. Plexiglass is stiffer, has a glossy finish and can also be used outdoors. If you’re looking for a panel that looks expensive, then Plexiglass is the one to choose.
2050 by 3050 mm in one piece. Of all our sheet materials, plexiglass is also the stiffest, so even a large panel remains flat.
Yes. We supply and install using our own team. Please let us know where the panel is to be hung and on what surface, and we will recommend the appropriate mounting system.
That depends on the size, thickness and finish. Plexiglas is listed as an option in our ordering module, where you can enter your own dimensions and see the price. For coloured sheets, milling work and individual letters, we provide a bespoke quote.
From as little as one item. A nameplate or logo behind the reception desk is usually a one-off item, and that’s no problem.
Because the image is then on the back of the material. The front remains smooth, the ink doesn’t get scratched and it retains its shine, even after years on the same wall.
Yes, any shape that can be drawn, with custom-drilled holes. Individual letters are also cut directly from the sheet itself.
Yes. As well as clear, we stock opal and a range of colours. Opal is milky white and diffuses light evenly.
Plexi scores two out of five on our eco-scale. It is made of acrylic and is collected separately, so it should not be put in with ordinary plastic. If you are looking for a PVC-free sheet with a better score, please check the materials page.
If you want anyone entering your reception area or showroom to immediately see something that looks well-presented, then printing on plexiglass is the ideal solution. We apply the image in mirror image to the back of the sheet and place a white layer behind it. This ensures the image is protected behind the material, the front remains smooth and glossy, and the panel retains that finish even after years on the same wall. Plexiglass is thus ideal as a nameplate on the façade, as a panel showcasing your projects in the showroom, and as individual letters behind the reception desk. You can order it in 3, 5 or 10 mm thicknesses, either straight-cut or milled to shape. Sheets up to 2050 by 3050 mm remain in one piece, so a large wall will have no joints.
