A sticker on the shop window that allows daylight to enter and people to see inside.
Lettering on a rear window that leaves the rest of the window clear.

Orders are placed via printvis.be, our own ordering system. There, you can calculate the price based on your chosen size and quantity. You create your own design using the editor within the system, so you do not need to provide a print-ready file.
The film itself is clear, so everything outside your design remains transparent. Where colours require coverage, there is a white layer underneath. We leave that white layer intact, so that only the image is opaque and the rest of the window remains transparent.
Without an opaque white layer, the colour blends with whatever is behind the glass and loses its intensity. We print this layer digitally or using screen printing. So you can choose whether you want the design to be opaque or translucent.
Yes, transparent stickers are used both indoors and outdoors. How long they last depends on the film: the transparent monomer lasts for 2 years on a flat surface, whilst the polymer lasts up to 5 years and can also be applied to a slightly curved surface.
Large transparent stickers are easiest to apply when wet, provided the adhesive layer allows this. Small stickers should be applied dry. In both cases, the surface must be clean and dust-free, as even the tiniest speck of dust will show through a clear film.
‘Transparent’ refers to clarity, whilst ‘adhesive-free’ refers to adhesion. A transparent vinyl has a standard adhesive layer and will stay in place for years. If your main concern is that nothing is left behind on the window, have a look at adhesive-free stickers or static cling stickers.
For large transparent stickers, you can call on our own specialist fitters, who carry out installations on a daily basis and have access to a cherry picker. You can usually apply small stickers yourself without any trouble.
Yes. We can cut in a rectangular shape, with rounded corners, or in a freeform shape that follows your design. With transparent film, the outline around the image is barely noticeable, as the edge remains clear.
Transparent stickers are available in our ordering module, where you can enter your own dimensions and quantity and see the price straight away.
From a certain point onwards.
If it needs to stay in place for years, use polymer. For a project lasting a few months, monomer is sufficient. If it needs to be removed without leaving any traces, use static, Yupo Jelly or Easy Dot.
Unlimited length for monomers and polymers. For static films, the roll width is the limiting factor.
The vinyls are made of PVC. Yupo is a synthetic paper and is not included in this category. If you are specifically looking for PVC-free products, please state this in advance, as this will rule out some of the items on this list.
If you want to put something on glass or packaging where the background can still show through, you’ll need transparent stickers. The main consideration is usually the same: the image must be legible, but there must be no white border or white area around it. That is why Creafor prints an opaque white layer beneath the colours – either digitally or by screen printing – and only where coverage is required. The rest of the film remains clear. When it comes to the film itself, the same principles apply as for monomer, polymer and cast films: the longer the sticker needs to remain in place and the more curved the surface, the higher up the range you should go. If you’re looking to cover an entire shop window, do also take a look at window stickers. If you need to remove the sticker from a rented window later without leaving a trace, you’re better off with stickers without glue.
